Streaky later found that he had superpowers similar to Krypto's, but his superpowers are weaker than Krypto's, presumably due to them being the result of copying.

Streaky shares his canine counterpart's weakness to Kryptonite. Streaky belongs to a girl named Andrea. Unlike Krypto, Streaky is less serious about his superhero activities, and sometimes needs prodding to perform heroic deeds, but usually is dependable.

He is a mechanical cat who constantly comes up with schemes to conquer Earth. Despite being the main antagonist, he rarely acts upon the role, and often sends machines or other antagonists to face Krypto. His sidekicks are his agents Snooky Wookums and Delilah. When first introduced, he takes on a darker, more ominous, and more malevolent vibe. He is presented as inherently evil and sinister, willing to do whatever it takes to get what he wants and eliminate all who oppose him.

However, as the series goes on, he gradually takes on a more comical, buffoonish role as a villain. He is still very much evil and still very much the main villain, but largely due to how many plans of his are foiled by KryptoStreakyKevinAndreaand the Dog Star Patrolhe begins seeming like a less threatening villain and more of a nuisance to the heroes.

Mechanikat's origins are completely unclear. It is only known and implied that he was a normal cat who was once injured and was forced to wear mechanical limbs to survive, becoming a cyborg. While the circumstances of who left him injured are unknown, it is also known that he hated dogs, possibly because one could have been the one who injured him, starting to plan to conquer the Earth and eliminate every dog of the galaxy.

Mechanikat is at first seen in the shadows, with only his glowing, artificial eye visible. He sends his most trusted agent Snooky Wookums to the Earth in order to hire several cats for his cat army. Following Snooky's failure in the mission after his defeat at the hands of Krypto the Superdog and the Dog Star Patrol, Mechanikat reprimands him and later states that he hates failures, scaring Snooky. After Snooky's failure, Mechanikat sends Delilahanother of his most trusted agents.

After she managed to put Streaky the Supercat out of the way, she prepares the disintegrator ray to take out Krypto once and for all, being promised a new mouse toy by Mechanikat. It is here that Mechanikat briefly shows his face, leaning forward into the light for the viewers to see. But he sits back on his throne in the shadows to hide his face again. Unfortunately for Delilah, her chances to be awarded with Mechanikat's toy are ended when Streaky appears to save Krypto and seals her inside a trash can.

Mechanikat goes with Snooky to the Earth again this time with a new mission for Snooky: spray boxes of Yum Yum Bones with a special gas to put the dogs of Metropolis out of their senses. Said and done, the gas starts to make the dogs act as other animals, like ducks or chickens.

However, Krypto and Streaky became aware of Mechanikat's plans after Wookums reveals his location in order to save his own life. At the same time, Mechanikat invades S.

Labs, scaring three guard dogs who have eaten Yum Yum Bones who think they are mice and infiltrating into the Rocks and Minerals department. It is here that Mechanikat finally reveals his full form to the viewers. Once there, just when Krypto enters into the lab to face Mechanikat, Mechanikat releases what he was searching: a little rock of Kryptonite.

However, Streaky appears and scares the three guard dogs, who trying to escape from him, inadvertently knock Mechanikat to another room, with the box with Kryptonite being closed and Mechanikat being knocked into file drawers. He was the most trusted agent of Mechanikat and one of the main enemies of the Dog Star Patrol, known as one of the most evil felines in the galaxy. He was voiced by Nicole Bouma. Snooky Wookums' criminal career started since his early life.

He had at least two siblings, with one of them being a green cat unlike him. He enjoyed stealing his brothers' toys when he was just a little kitten. After he grew up, he stole dairy products from the Milky Way. At some unspecified point of his life, Snooky Wookums became the most trusted agent of Mechanikatwho gave him the order to recruit several cats from other planets to create an army.

The Dog Star Patrol chased Wookums across the universe to take him in custody before he can reach the Earth and recruit some cats there, but the cat arrived on Earth before them. One day at the Earth, while Snooky was searching recruits for his master's army, the Dog Star Patrol appeared on scene and attempted to subdue him.

Unfortunately, Krypto the Superdog appeared and thinking that the Dog Star Patrol was trying to rob Snooky, fight against them allowing Snooky to escape, making the patrol losing the chance to capture him even when the feline got stuck in the wall of an alley, although managed ultimately to go through the hole and escape custody.

After that, the Dog Star Patrol brought Krypto to their spaceship and informed him about Wookums' true nature, making the Kryptonian dog aware that it was necessary to capture Snooky.

Back in Earth, Snooky arrived at an animal shelter and informed Mechanikat that he was in the perfect place where he can found recruits for the army.

After ceasing the communication with his boss, Snooky convinced four stray cats locked in the shelter to join his army if he freed them. The cats accepted, but then Krypto and the Dog Star Patrol appeared on the scene ready to arrest Snooky. With a hairball, Snooky released the cats, who were already hesitating to help, but with his blue diamond collar, Snooky turned them into giant saber-toothed cats and ordered them to attack the patrol and Krypto.

However, the patrol managed to knock out Snooky's feline assistants and Krypto warned Snooky that he had no more goons. Snooky, however, stressed that there were enough cats to form an army in the shelter, but Kryto used his heat vision to destroy Snooky's blue diamond collar, preventing him to mutate more cats. Without his weapon, Wookums ran out of the scene. Krypto tried to prevent his escape, but a silver round escape pod appeared and absorbed Snooky preventing the dog from putting a claw on him.

Already in the space, Snooky told Mechanikat about the failure of his mission, arguing that he did not know that a dog like Krypto would be on Earth to make him fail. Mechanikat, furious, reminded the terrified Snooky that he has claws and that hates failures.

It is completely unknown if Snooky was executed by Mechanikat or severely punished for his failure. It is actually unknown what happened to her afterwards. Sign In Don't have an account? Start a Wiki.

Like Harley Quinn, Bud and Lou were eventually adapted to the comics. During the Last Laugh arc, it is revealed that Harley knew how to make a cure to a unique strain of Joker Toxin that had infected an army of supervillains because she treated Bud and Lou after they received poisoning from eating a Joker Fish.

She was later forced to give Bud and Lou away to the Gotham Zoo after she discovered that the hyenas were eating other pets in a city neighbourhood. During the New 52Joker infected Bud and Lou with with rabies and let them loose on Harley Quinn in an attempt to have her reject her humanity.

But Harley fought off the hyenas and was forced to put them down by snapping their necks, much to her grief. However Bud and Lou's deaths were eventually reversed, presumably because of the events of DC Rebirth which altered the timestream. Despite the fact that the Joker is their original owner, Harley Quinn is the one who really cares about them.

Indeed, Bud and Lou like her better than the Joker, if it comes to that; because Harley feeds them, keeps them company, and often sits around and lets them lick her. When he rigs a bomb to destroy Gotham, he forgets to bring them on the plane, so he decides to leave them. However Harley refuses to leave the hyenas behind and kicks Joker out of the plane when tries to make his escape.

Bud and Lou often get cranky when Harley isn't around, as is demonstrated when the Joker gets angry at Harley and quite literally kicks her out. The Joker regrets this, because not only does his lair fall into chaos without Harley around to keep it organized, but Bud and Lou become hostile toward him. Despite the fact Bud and Lou seem harmless and incompetent, they actually aren't.

They will attack and sometimes kill Harley on the Joker's command. They have also proven to be intelligent; for no matter how many times their masters are separated from them, Bud and Lou find them eventually. Sign In Don't have an account? Start a Wiki.
